Anthriscus sylvestris

Yes, this is cow parsley. It's commonly found along roadsides, hedges and in woodland edges. As it turns out this looks similar to hemlock which is poisonous, so watch out. Oh, and here's a fun fact! This plant is a member of the carrot family.. doesn't look very carroty to me.
